👩‍🍳 The Artisan Behind the Cookies Hello, my name is Elise! I am passionate about artisanal pastry and love good products. After training in culinary school and several years spent in fine establishments, I chose to return to the essentials: working with my hands, following my daily desires, and prioritizing quality over quantity. Each cookie I offer is kneaded, shaped, and baked with care in my little workshop. I love creating generous recipes, sometimes classic, sometimes original, but always made with lots of love. 💛 Thank you for bringing this delicious project to life with me!
