Chalet Project, the Swiss bone broth with a story
Behind Chalet Project are Elsa and Tim, a Swiss-New Zealand couple whose personal journey gave rise to genuine expertise. First discovered for its benefits to their own health, bone broth became their profession after they settled into the family chalet in Villeneuve, in the canton of Vaud, which also inspired the company's name. An artisanal producer of organic bone broth and beef tallow, Chalet Project takes an uncompromising approach: organic Swiss beef and chicken bones used in a "nose-to-tail" philosophy, a short and transparent ingredient list, 24 hours of simmering, zero additives, and returnable glass jars. A sincere craft, rooted in short supply chains, bringing an ancestral food back to the table with true Swiss rigour.
