Biohof Lochholz

Our flaxseed comes straight from our own farm, where we grow and harvest it with care and dedication. From sowing to harvest, every step is done by hand in a sustainable way, so the quality always meets the highest standards. The seeds are rich in valuable omega-3 fatty acids, fibre and plant protein – perfect for a balanced diet. In muesli, smoothies or as a topping for salads, our all-natural flaxseed adds a distinctive flavour and supports a healthy lifestyle.

Our fruit mix brings together the finest dried fruit from our own fields. The strawberries come straight from our organic farm, along with apples, pears and plums from the tall standard trees around the farmyard. All the fruit is gently dried at no more than 40 degrees to preserve its full flavour and valuable nutrients. Every step – harvesting, drying and packing – is done by hand with great care and love. The mix makes a perfect healthy snack, a topping for muesli or an addition to desserts and baked goods.

Our dried strawberries come from our own fields, harvested right here on the farm and gently dried at no more than 40 degrees. This preserves their intense flavour and valuable nutrients in full. With no additives and no added sugar, these fruity treats offer a natural sweetness and are perfect as a healthy snack or as a special ingredient in muesli and desserts.

Our cold-pressed rapeseed oil is made right on our organic farm in our own oil mill. The rapeseed is carefully selected and gently cold-pressed to preserve its pure, slightly nutty flavour and valuable nutrients. This gentle process retains the natural omega-3 fatty acids, vitamins and antioxidants that make the oil a valuable part of a healthy diet.

Our dried plums come from the standard fruit trees on our farmstead and are gently dehydrated at no more than 40 degrees. This careful drying preserves the full flavour and the natural nutrients, so the plums develop a pleasant sweetness and an intense aroma. Perfect as a snack, in muesli or as an ingredient in all kinds of recipes – these plums bring the pure fruit quality of our standard trees straight to your home.

Our standard-tree apple juice comes straight from our farm, where we care for our tall fruit trees and pick the ripe apples by hand. We grow several ProSpecieRara varieties such as Spartan, Glockenapfel (bell apple), Goldparmäne (golden pearmain) and Berner Rose (Bernese rose). The cloudy juice is gently pressed without any additives and then pasteurised to preserve its fresh taste and valuable nutrients. The result is pure, fruity enjoyment that only standard-tree fruit can deliver.

Our dried apple rings (Apfelringli) come from the standard apple trees on our farm, including ProSpecieRara varieties such as Spartan, Glockenapfel, Goldparmäne and Berner Rose. The apple slices are gently dried at no more than 40 degrees, so their intense aroma and valuable nutrients are preserved. Fruity and lightly sweet, they make an ideal healthy snack, a topping for muesli or a special ingredient in the kitchen.

Our cold-pressed sunflower oil is produced right on our organic farm in our own oil mill. The sunflower seeds come from carefully tended crops and are gently cold-pressed to preserve their mild, slightly nutty flavour and valuable nutrients. Thanks to this gentle process, the oil retains its unsaturated fatty acids as well as vitamin E and antioxidants – ideal for a mindful, healthy diet.
