Registration and Account Setup : To use our Services, you will need to provide us with a valid email address. If we are unable to send critical emails to your account, we may suspend or terminate your account. Registration can be done either by using the registration form offered by Mimelis or by using automated registration via a third-party service such as Facebook for example. As part of an automated registration, this information can be retrieved directly from the third-party service. In this case, your Mimelis account is linked to the third-party service. You then agree to the third party's terms of use and privacy policy.

Profile : You must provide your name as well as personal information such as your birthday or your gender. This information is used to identify the owner of the account and can, for example, be used to contact you or to verify your age. The information making up your profile can be modified or deleted via your account settings. You may also be asked for your telephone number in order to communicate more quickly with you and to process the status of your orders.

Information from “non-members”: the platform receives information from people who are not yet members, in particular when subscribing to the newsletter for example. In this case, information such as the user's email address is collected.

Geographic Information : When you use our Services, we may collect information about your location. This may include your IP address and information about your browser or device. Your privacy is respected. Mimelis will not disclose your personal information to third parties without your consent, except as provided in these Regulations.

We use the data we collect to conduct our business, advertise and improve our existing Platform, develop new services, and improve and personalize your experiences when interacting with us. We also use your Personal Data to communicate with you.

We process your personal information for the following purposes:

Provide and improve our Services : we use your personal data to create and manage your personal account with Mimelis and to process your orders. We use your information to improve our Services, including by sharing it, as necessary to pursue our legitimate interests in improving our Services for Platform users. In addition, this is also necessary in order to exercise our legitimate interest in understanding how our Services are used in order to be able to improve them.

Communicate with you and respond to your requests : your user account allows you to optionally subscribe to our communications such as our newsletter and other promotional communications.
