  • How does my self-service point benefit?
    The Mimelis application is very advantageous for you, but also for your customers. On your side, this solution is economical, because it can be used in any existing installation, without installation or maintenance costs. You will also be able to reduce your labor costs and recover the margins that would have been granted to resellers. For customers, this method of booking is very attractive and builds loyalty. Customers have the opportunity to discover the products before moving, thus avoiding unnecessary travel. Through the online payment upstream, the customer commits to his order before being at home, which allows you to organize yourself.
  • What is the additional workload for my business?
    The interactions required are minimal. Thanks to our solution, a minimum of time is needed, whether for taking an order online or for picking up the order from your home. You will be able to manage a large flow of orders without involving high personnel costs. When the products allocated to the reservation on Mimelis are exhausted, all you have to do is add new ones and update your stock.
  • How much will it cost me?
    Registering your self-service point is free. In the same way, it will only cost you if an order is made. The use of our entire solution is free. We only deduct a small commission on each order, which allows the remuneration of our service. You can learn more on our Selling on Mimelis page.
  • How am I paid?
    Each month, the money you have earned will be automatically transferred to your bank account via wire transfer.
  • Could I open several self-service points?
    You can add and control several self-service points in the app very easily and thus make your products available in several regions in Switzerland. Each self-service has its own configuration (for example, its own stock of products or its own orders). You will receive monthly transfers to your bank account. Your self-service Mimelis department can be located at your home, in one of your branches, but also at one of your partners.
  • How to make sure that the customer pays and collects his order?
    Customers pay when booking online. From then on, they are required to come and collect their products during the time slot they have chosen. When a point of sale is configured in self-service mode, the customer must scan a QR code on site to confirm that he has picked up his order. For points of sale that request it, a code is sent to the customer when the reservation is confirmed, allowing them to open a locked door or a padlock, for example. For absolute control, you can choose to checkout and deliver orders yourself.
  • How can I sell baskets of fruits and vegetables or assortment of products?
    Selling by basket is very convenient, both for you and for the customer who visits you. Depending on the products you have available or know the stock on a given date, add an offer in the application. Configure the time slots during which it will be possible to collect the order at your point of sale, as well as the minimum preparation time required. For example, you can offer a certain number of vegetable baskets each day, available for collection between 2 p.m. and 7 p.m., specifying that the customer must order at least 2 hours in advance. Then, you can leave the basket available at your self-service point, and the customer will pick up their order according to their own time slot.
  • Can I also sell in bulk at my point of sale?
    It is quite possible to include in some offers that the product is sold in bulk, specifying that it is necessary to bring your own containers. In general, we encourage customers to bring their own bags or containers. You can then indicate in your offer the price per liter or weight of the product.
