Gin — 42% ABV — 70cl. Snake Charmer is a gin with a whiff of bootlegging about it. Herbal and spicy, it puts the spotlight on roots, enhanced with grande and petite absinthe and a citrusy finish. Not for the faint of heart! Behind this exotic-sounding name lies a very different story: during the Roaring Twenties, the Flappers — rebellious and avant-garde women — used the term Snake Charmers to describe those who distilled gin clandestinely during American Prohibition. Elderflower gin — 42% ABV — 70cl. A spring gin with elderflower and light juniper notes. Label created by Isabelle Racine with the help of Jar Uncle & Seek Six Silks.

Absinthe — 60% vol. Both smooth and powerful, it will guide you on the path to clairvoyance. The bold flavor of grande wormwood is balanced by a duo of green anise and star anise, bringing roundness and depth while leaving room for other botanicals to add a floral touch. Distillerie Stillerie recommends this absinthe to seasoned absinthe lovers as well as to anyone who enjoys anise-flavored drinks. Green absinthe — 82% ABV. The strongest absinthe in our selection… and from Val-de-Travers! A herbaceous absinthe with notes of valerian and hawthorn; this green absinthe, with its characteristic and typical bitterness, gets its natural colour from post-distillation maceration. Beware of Baba Yaga! Tasting suggestion: one part Baba Yaga to three or four parts ice-cold water, or a single part of water as a digestif. Label designed by Azul.

Absinthe with oak wood chips — 50% vol. — 50cl. Loyal to its post, especially at night, Crapule roams schoolyards and alleyways, knows every wall and corner, and isn't shy about claiming them as its own! A characterful absinthe, aged like a whisky, with a pronounced woody flavor and notes of vanilla. No time to refine the technique over years though — Crapule takes shortcuts to get straight to the point! Tasting recommendation: like a whisky — a shot of Crapule neat! On the rocks at most! Maté liqueur — 22% ABV. Created in collaboration with Grano Maté, this maté liqueur is a smooth blend of flavours. The maté is paired with a touch of grande wormwood and flavoured with faustrine, an organic citrus fruit grown by Niels Rodin. The nose, dominated by maté notes, opens onto a slightly sweet first sip, followed by the bitterness of maté enhanced by the wormwood; the finish is lifted by a touch of acidity from the citrus. Pyrrha, daughter of Pandora, saved from the flood by the gods, reigns over Mount Parnassus, the only land above water at the time, where the flavors of mythical plants were revealed to her after consulting the oracles. Her sweetness is matched only by her adolescent insolence. Distillerie Stillerie recommends Pyrrha to lovers of cinnamon and vanilla notes. It will especially appeal to liqueur enthusiasts.
