    Since 1935, we have made BLACKMINT mint syrup following the same recipe, carefully respecting every stage of production, which makes this product unique and inimitable. We first devote all necessary attention to growing the peppermint plants cultivated in the Val-de-Travers. Harvested in September, the essential oil is extracted through distillation, then blended with water and pure sugar to create an alcohol-free syrup. After a ten-year break, we resumed production in 2017 to meet strong customer demand, taking the opportunity to redesign the packaging.

Kübler Absinthe (commonly known as the Green Fairy or the Blue Fairy) had been distilled by the Kübler family since 1863 in the Val-de-Travers (Neuchâtel, Switzerland), the historical birthplace of this noble product. Prohibited since October 7, 1910, this legendary and divine beverage was reborn following a decision by the Swiss parliament. The first official distillation of absinthe took place in Môtiers, the main town of the Val-de-Travers (Neuchâtel, Switzerland), after more than 94 years of prohibition. Today, Yves Kübler, great-grandson of the founder of the Kübler brand, is the first to offer you this authentic product, in accordance with the original recipe and family tradition. “Kübler Absinthe” is distilled in the purest traditions, its unique taste is obtained by distilling a subtle blend of aromatic plants, Grande Absinthe, sourced exclusively from the Val-de-Travers region, and alcohol, which gives it a special flavor.
