Bee balm infusion offers a sweet and refreshing flavor, with a subtly spicy and floral note. HOW TO BREW MONARDA To fully enjoy the benefits and aroma of bee balm, place a tablespoon of dried flowers in a cup of hot water and let it steep for 5 to 10 minutes. You can adjust the steeping time according to your desired strength. For an even more pleasant touch, add a slice of lemon or a little honey.
