The Cabernet Dorsa is a cross between Dornfelder and Cabernet Sauvignon. This full-bodied, slightly peppery wine with notes of cherries and blackberries has a soft, harmonious finish. This wine is aged in used Swiss oak barriques and is ideal for hearty meals, pasta and game dishes.

Pinot Noir or Blauburgunder is the traditional red wine of our region. The grapes thrive in the deep, calcareous moraine soils of the Limmat Valley. The result is wines with a strong structure and fruity aromas. The characteristics of the variety and location are carefully developed through aging in steel tanks. We recommend the wine with regional cuisine.

Only the best grapes from our Pinot Noir vines are the raw material for this exceptional wine. The mash fermentation and subsequent maturation for twelve months in Swiss oak barrels give the wine its powerful body with finely balanced vanilla and roasted aromas. Maturation in wooden barrels is usually followed by bottle storage for two to three years. Our reserve is a fine accompaniment, especially to meat and game or cheese.

Les Deux is an exclusive red wine cuvée. The strong structure of the Syrah, the melting quality and warmth of the Cabernet Dorsa characterize this exceptional wine, which is aged in Swiss oak barriques.

Three brothers, three vineyards, three grape varieties: Malbec from Gebenstorf, Cabernet Dorsa from Würenlos and Diolinoir from the Goldwand in Ennetbaden together produce a top product of Aargau winemaking. A striking boulder, the red Ackerstein or Verrucano, has always characterized the appearance of our vineyard. We press this cuvée from the grapes that ripen around this rock. The wine gets its strong cherry aromas and full body from the Zweigelt grape variety, the peppery note and a soft finish from the Cabernet Dorsa, and its harmony and elegance from the Pinot Noir. Enjoy the Verrucano with a festive meal.

Pinot Noir or Blauburgunder is the traditional red wine of our region. This elegant red wine comes from our vineyard in Oetwil on the Limmat. It has pronounced berry aromas and a harmonious, soft tannin. The fruit aromas are brought out to their full potential by maturing in steel tanks. It goes excellently with warm dishes such as meat and grilled food.

Pinot Noir, Malbec and Cabernet Dorsa grapes are hand-picked and spread out on fruit crates and dried in the air. The concentration of aromas in the berries slowly increases. After about 6 weeks, the mash is fermented and gently pressed. The cuvée is partially aged in barriques. An extremely dense and full-bodied wine with a delicate fruity sweetness, the crowning glory of a festive meal.

We create this Pinot Noir from deliberately limited yields of perfectly ripe grapes. A powerful and full-bodied wine that matures for a year in wooden barrels to perfection. The broad bouquet with a hint of dried plums and wild berries and a complex body with harmonious tannins are the reward for this care and patience. Our selection is a delight with meat and game dishes or cheese.

With the Zweigelt grape variety, a cross between Sankt Laurent and Blaufränkisch, we create a dark red wine with beautiful blackberry and cherry aromas. The long mash fermentation with intensive aroma extraction brings out the strong tannins. This wine, which has been aged in wood, is an interesting accompaniment to grilled food, game or roasts.

This special wine is made from the noble Sauvignon Blanc grape variety. The bouquet and palate of this popular wine are clearly reminiscent of fresh citrus fruits, elderflowers or gooseberries. Thanks to its complexity, we recommend it for almost all occasions, as an aperitif, with fish and cheese dishes, asparagus or salmon appetizers.

Federweiss or Blanc de Noir is the name given to a white wine made from blue grapes. Our "Blanc de Noir" has a subtle salmon color due to the gentle pressing of the whole grapes. The delicate, fruity white wine has a scent reminiscent of apricot and peach and has an elegant body with a melting quality and balanced acidity. Served chilled, it is recommended as an aperitif, with fish or with Asian cuisine.

The Riesling-Silvaner, made from the Müller Thurgau grape variety, is the classic white wine of our region. The early-ripening variety thrives on our moraine soils. The tangy, easy-drinking wine has a fruity bouquet with a light nutmeg note. On the palate, it is well-balanced with a fresh, subtle acidity. We recommend it as an aperitif, with cheese platters or asparagus dishes.

The Pinot Noir or Blauburgunder grape thrives in the lime-rich moraine soils of the Limmat Valley. For the rosé, the mash is briefly heated to 30 degrees and then gently pressed. We get a light red wine with a floral bouquet and elegant, fruity aromas. The rosé goes perfectly with aperitifs, grilled food and light summer cuisine.
