The Pinot Noir grape, also known as Blauburgunder, thrives in the calcareous moraine soils of the Limmat Valley. For the rosé, the mash is briefly warmed to 30 degrees and then gently pressed. The result is a pale red wine with a floral bouquet and elegant, fruity aromas. The rosé is an excellent match for apéritifs, grilled dishes and light summer cooking.
