    The Pinot Noir or Blauburgunder grape thrives in the lime-rich moraine soils of the Limmat Valley. For the rosé, the mash is briefly heated to 30 degrees and then gently pressed. We get a light red wine with a floral bouquet and elegant, fruity aromas. The rosé goes perfectly with aperitifs, grilled food and light summer cuisine.
