Fermentation on the skins followed by twelve months of ageing in barrels of Swiss oak give it a powerful body with finely balanced vanilla and toasted notes. After the cask, the wine usually rests in the bottle for two to three years. Our Reserve is a distinguished companion to meat, game and cheese.
