    Pinot Noir, Malbec and Cabernet Dorsa grapes are hand-picked and spread out on fruit crates and dried in the air. The concentration of aromas in the berries slowly increases. After about 6 weeks, the mash is fermented and gently pressed. The cuvée is partially aged in barriques. An extremely dense and full-bodied wine with a delicate fruity sweetness, the crowning glory of a festive meal.
