  • About this product

    Pinot Noir, Malbec and Cabernet Dorsa grapes are hand-harvested, spread out on fruit crates and left to dry in the open air. Slowly, the aromas concentrate within the berries. After about six weeks the mash is fermented and gently pressed. The cuvée is partly aged in barriques. A remarkably dense, full-bodied wine with a delicate fruity sweetness - the crowning touch to a festive meal.
