    Riesling-Silvaner, made from the Müller-Thurgau grape, is the classic white wine of our region. This early-ripening variety thrives on our moraine soils. Lively and easy-drinking, the wine has a fruity bouquet with a light hint of muscat. On the palate it charms with its balance and a fresh, restrained acidity. We recommend it as an aperitif, with cheese platters or asparagus dishes.
