    Federweiss or Blanc de Noir is the name given to a white wine made from blue grapes. Our "Blanc de Noir" has a subtle salmon color due to the gentle pressing of the whole grapes. The delicate, fruity white wine has a scent reminiscent of apricot and peach and has an elegant body with a melting quality and balanced acidity. Served chilled, it is recommended as an aperitif, with fish or with Asian cuisine.
