    Pinot Noir or Blauburgunder is the traditional red wine of our region. This elegant red wine comes from our vineyard in Oetwil on the Limmat. It has pronounced berry aromas and a harmonious, soft tannin. The fruit aromas are brought out to their full potential by maturing in steel tanks. It goes excellently with warm dishes such as meat and grilled food.
