Apis Sagl

liquor producer
6818 Val Mara, Ticino

Searching through my grandmother's cookbooks, my eye falls on a recipe for a honey drink that I was completely unfamiliar with: mead. Doing further research I discover that mead is a drink of very ancient origins, enthusiastically I launch into the preparation, making some small changes to the original recipe to use local raw materials. This is how I get my first homemade mead! Mead stands out not only as an excellent digestive but also for its multiple uses as a cooking ingredient for the creation of delicious recipes or for the preparation of tasty cocktails. At the base of this excellent liqueur there are 0 km raw materials such as water, American grape spirit and spices.
