Our dried apple rings (Apfelringli) come from the standard apple trees on our farm, including ProSpecieRara varieties such as Spartan, Glockenapfel, Goldparmäne and Berner Rose. The apple slices are gently dried at no more than 40 degrees, so their intense aroma and valuable nutrients are preserved. Fruity and lightly sweet, they make an ideal healthy snack, a topping for muesli or a special ingredient in the kitchen.

Welcome! Our company is located in Murzelen in the Bernese Mittelland. We farm an area of 14.4 hectares and our main business is suckler cow farming. Our goal is to produce high quality products while promoting sustainable practices that respect the environment. Our main products include outdoor strawberries, eggs, various dried fruits and dried beans, honey, linseed, rapeseed and sunflower oil. We attach great importance to organic farming methods and species-appropriate animal husbandry in accordance with Bio Suisse guidelines.
