  • About this product

The Rosa canina - dog rose is a fragrant, light pink flowering, easy-growing wild rose that likes to grow in a partially shaded to sunny location. Its flowering period is from May to June, depending on the altitude. After flowering, it forms shiny red oval rose hips and is an ornament for vegetable gardens, hedges and in landscaping. The edible rose hips are one of the most popular wild fruits in fruit teas, as jam or puree. Rose hips are not only tasty, but also real vitamin bombs that provide us with lots of vitamin C and trace elements.
