ARTISAN PRODUCTS BASED ON DRIED HERBS, FLOWERS, SPICES AND VEGETABLES All products are handcrafted in the Blenio Valley with wild or cultivated raw materials, harvested by hand, air-dried or with a professional dryer, blended, and packaged by hand in the small home workshop in Corzoneso. Our own herb cultivation is 100% organic and respectful of biodiversity. Under no circumstances are chemicals used, but only fertilizers of plant or animal origin. The salt used is predominantly Swiss. Other salts, sourced from various salt mines around the world, are used for some specific products (sea salt, Guerande whole salt, pyramid salts, Maldon, red salt, etc.). Most of the spices used are certified organic. Grains and legumes are purchased from trusted, certified organic suppliers. The vegetables come from our own cultivation or are purchased from local producers and suppliers. Some products are seasonal (such as vegetable broth, herbal teas, some risottos, etc.) and are produced when there is the possibility of harvesting and processing local raw materials (spring-summer-autumn). To ensure quality and freshness, we only produce small batches or upon request.
