The Domaine de la Dolle has been a family estate in the heart of the Côte (Gilly) since 1969. Spread over 7.6 hectares in one piece around the cellar, this pretty haven of peace has been run for three generations by the Dufour family who cultivates, cellars and vinifies 9 different varieties of grapes to produce magnificent white, rosé and red wines. There are traditional grape varieties such as Chasselas, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir or Gamay, but also specialties such as Doral, Malbec, Merlot, Gamaret and Garanoir. In constant evolution and in search of excellence, we seek to work with respect for nature and people, as close as possible to our customers, making the best use of growing knowledge and technological development. This is why we are recognized by the Vinatura label for integrated production (VitiSwiss).
