Beekeeper

👨‍🌾 We are Vincent & Quentin, passionate beekeepers based in the clearing of Fermens, in the heart of the Vaud countryside. Our honey is the result of work that respects bees, biodiversity, and natural cycles. Each jar is harvested by hand, without heating or processing, to preserve all the aromatic richness of the forest. 🌱 In parallel, we grow organic vegetables on our family farm, always with the same philosophy: to produce locally, with care, and in harmony with our environment.
