A local honey that captures all the warmth of summer in a jar. Its thick texture and golden colour make it a generous honey, with a more pronounced aroma than spring honey, yet always balanced. Perfect for lovers of round, full-flavoured honeys. No batch is identical, making each harvest unique. Summer honey: Harvest date: July of the current year Colour: Golden, caramel Consistency: From creamy to thick liquid Tip: crystallisation is a normal and spontaneous phenomenon. If a honey crystallises due to its high carbohydrate content, place it in the oven at 40°C until it liquefies again. Do not exceed this temperature to avoid affecting the product's quality.
