Meet Badertscher Apiculture

Beekeeper

A beekeeper for over thirty years, I am committed to producing the most natural honey possible. My main apiary is located in the Neuchâtel Jura mountains at an altitude of 1150 meters, in an area of pastures and forests far from any intensive farming. As a result, my bees have little to no exposure to pesticides, thus guaranteeing a product of exceptional purity. At my apiary, the honey is always jarred before it has solidified, which avoids heating it to make it more fluid and therefore prevents any alteration of the natural qualities of this mountain honey.
