Welcome to the Zimmerli apiary on the sunny southern slopes of Mount Rigi. Our bee colonies live at three carefully selected locations, characterized by the diverse nature and rich floral landscape of the region. Each location offers the bees its own unique range of forage – from fruit blossoms in spring to meadow flowers and forest and mountain plants. This results in natural honeys with individual character and distinctive taste. Our three apiaries are located in different positions on the southern slopes of Mount Rigi, allowing the bees to optimally utilize the region's diversity. We place great emphasis on sustainable, natural beekeeping practices and gentle honey processing.
