Hello ✨ Since I was little, I have always been drawn to the world of sweets: pastries, ice creams, confectionery... It was therefore quite natural that I moved towards a CFC in pastry-confectionery, with initially a preference for pastry. And then, over the years and experiences, it was ultimately chocolate that took more and more space in my daily life. Partly by chance, partly out of passion, I ended up devoting most of my work to it. It was this evolution that made me want to create my own chocolate shop: a space in my image, where I can offer simple, delicious, sincere creations, made with care. I do my best with the means at hand, always keeping in mind a clear objective: that my chocolate shop be as fair as possible. More respectful of the environment, more local, and healthier, without superfluous or complex ingredients. This path is built step by step, with a lot of desire and sincerity. For me, chocolate making is much more than a job. It's a way to share pleasure, awaken memories, and bring a little sweetness to everyday life.
