Our special feature? We use an Astrié mill, a traditional and artisanal tool that preserves all the nutritional and taste qualities of the grains we grow. This gentle grinding process guarantees a fine, light flour, rich in essential nutrients, thanks to total respect for the wheat germ and fibers.
We control every stage of production: from growing the cereals without pesticides or chemical fertilizers, to milling them with a stone mill. Each bag of flour is the fruit of artisanal know-how and a passion for the land.
