Shipping regulations

Mimelis offers several services helping sellers deliver their items to buyers quickly and securely. These shipping policies explain your shipping obligations as a seller. and your rights and responsibilities when using the Mimelis shipping label service. This rule is part of our Terms of Use . When you create a seller account, you accept these rules and our Terms of Use.

  1. Shipping your items

Sellers are responsible for packaging and shipping their items sold to buyers. If you use a shipping or logistics service, remember that you take full responsibility for ensuring that your buyers receive their orders.

By selling on Mimelis, you agree to:

  1. Provide an accurate shipping origin address.

  2. Specify your delivery costs and processing time in the delivery module.

  3. Ship items as soon as possible after they are sold. Prompt Shipping means you ship each item within 30 days of purchase unless otherwise noted in your processing time. Before changing your processing time for a specific order, you must first obtain approval from the buyer.

  4. Comply with all local and international shipping and customs regulations.

  5. Ship to the address indicated on the Mimelis receipt.

  6. Mark the order as sent as soon as you ship it, or use a shipping label purchased on Mimelis, which automatically marks your order as sent. Remember that you can mark an order as sent only when you have actually shipped it. When you mark an order as shipped, the buyer receives a shipping notification.

  7. Charge appropriate delivery fees

  8. By providing tracking information or delivery confirmation to Mimelis, you authorize us to collect and share with the buyer this data received from the carrier of your choice.

In the unlikely event that an order does not arrive at its destination, be prepared to provide valid proof of shipment. Valid proof of shipping must show that the item was actually shipped and was sent to the address provided by the buyer on Mimelis. If a buyer does not receive their order, they can open a dispute against your store.

  1. Regulations relating to Reservations and Orders

The buyer may have the choice of collecting the products from you or having them delivered. “Reservations” become “Orders” once the buyer chooses to have their products delivered and pays and validates their order. In this case, the buyer's Order is confirmed by an order confirmation. Unless otherwise indicated in these regulations, and when their application is possible, the rules and conditions provided for Reservations apply to Orders. By way of example, and not limited to, this includes the rules relating to transaction fees, payments, cancellations, refunds or even communication with Mimelis.

  1. Orders

The Order becomes legally binding between you and the buyer at the time of shipment of the products, subject to the rights of revocation of the conditions provided for in these regulations or the sellers' regulations.

  1. Buyers' regulations regarding delivery

By using all or part of the Mimelis shipping service, you also understand and accept the Buyer Regulations regarding delivery and their application to both you and the buyer.

These regulations are offered to you in the language of your choice, however it is important to note that it is the French version of the document that controls and governs your use of the Mimelis services.
