The Mimelis plans

A seller can request the activation of the Pro or Enterprise plan, while by default, he belongs to the Base plan. Each plan offers particular features as well as advantages on the commission that is due on each order. The seller always benefits from the advantages of the lower plans, in addition to those of the plan to which he belongs (Base -> Pro -> Enterprise).

Subscription and application of a plan

To access the Pro and Enterprise plans, the seller must make a request in their seller account, in the "Your Mimelis plan" section, by following the instructions displayed. The platform then manually or automatically checks whether the seller meets the eligibility criteria before activating the requested plan. The conditions of the new plan will apply to orders placed thereafter. As long as the plan change request is in progress and has not been approved by Mimelis, the seller remains in their original plan, or, failing that, in the Basic plan. Subscribing to the plan is free and simply allows the seller to benefit from a set of advantages granted at the discretion of Mimelis.

Eligibility requirements and liability

The seller is responsible for respecting the eligibility conditions of the plan to which he has subscribed for the entire duration of his commitment. If the conditions are no longer respected, the platform can change the current plan at any time for another plan respecting the criteria. The most advantageous plan for the seller will always be chosen, otherwise the Basic plan will be applied. Before any change, Mimelis can at its discretion notify the seller to understand the reason.

Conditions of application

Sellers are automatically enrolled in the Basic plan unless otherwise specified, as with accounts created before the various plans were added. Pricing and fees remain unchanged from the current seller fees.

Assessment of eligibility conditions

The platform is free to determine whether the eligibility criteria are met. In case of doubt, the seller must proactively inform Mimelis.

Modifying a plan

Mimelis may modify the features related to the plan at any time, whether optional or not, without necessarily sending a notification to the seller. Changes concerning commission benefits and eligibility conditions will however be systematically communicated to the seller. The seller will then be able to choose a new plan or return to the Basic plan. By continuing to use the platform, the changes will be considered accepted.

The seller can also request a change of plan to another plan. For example, if he thinks he is no longer able to meet the eligibility conditions.

Pro Plan Eligibility Requirements

The following elements must be verifiable at all times during the duration of the plan. The various mentions to be included are indicated when creating the plan change request and must not be deleted or altered.

If the user does not have a website, he can indicate this in the request and skip the website steps.

Website:

  1. Link to the seller's page on Mimelis

    • The URL must be complete and unaltered from the link that can be copied from the interface. The label can be changed.
    • The link must be present on the seller's website.
    • The link label must be either the full URL or a label explaining the nature of the link. For example: "Link to our Mimelis point of sale".
    • the link must be accessible and readable by users of the website and must not be deliberately hidden
    • The link must be accessible by search engines or by Mimelis for verification.
  2. Explanatory text

    • A short text describing the possibility for customers to purchase your products with Mimelis.
    • The text can be modified as needed. For example: "You can now reserve our products on the Mimelis app. You will find our exclusive offers at our Mimelis point of sale, available for takeaway or home delivery."

Blog or social network:

Communicate on your usual communication media:

    • Make at least 2 communications on the following type of media and in the following order: Article or blog post on your website -> Instagram post -> Facebook post
    • If the seller does not have enough communications support, the seller must indicate this in the request and try to reach the minimum of 2 communications as much as possible.
    • The text of the communication may be modified
    • The URL of the link to your Mimelis page must not be altered and must be present on all communications.
    • The Instagram and/or Facebook post must retain the hashtag " #Mimelis " and the mention of the Mimelis account " @mimelis.ch "

Eligibility conditions for the Enterprise plan

1- Compliance with the conditions of the Pro plan.

2- Acceptance of the following exclusivity conditions:

You agree that we become, in the eyes of your customers, your sole partner for the online reservation and purchase of your products, in addition to your own website if applicable. Furthermore, you agree to communicate this option to your customers in your communications that you may undertake without attempting to conceal it, whatever its form.

Unless we explicitly state otherwise, you may not partner with another company to use a similar service, directly or indirectly competing with that of Mimelis. This means that consumers could reserve or purchase your products online and choose to collect them from one of your Collection Points or have them delivered to their home. In such a case, you will have to give up using the service provided by this other company, or consider changing your plan.

For example, another marketplace or online sales platform would not be allowed to offer your products for sale.

Eligibility conditions for the Associations plan

You must be able to prove your status as an association or non-profit organization.

These regulations are offered to you in the language of your choice, however it is important to note that it is the French version of the document that controls and governs your use of the Mimelis services.
