The wild strawberry bears flavourful fruit and keeps producing new white blossoms. With their exceptionally intense aroma, wild strawberries are a treat for anyone who enjoys nibbling straight from the plant. They flower from April onwards and can still form red berries in late summer. Wild strawberries are easy to care for: they like nutrient-rich as well as dry, lean soils, in shade or full sun. They are also popular as ground cover against recurring weeds, which they are able to crowd out. Our wild strawberries are grown from Swiss seed and are delivered one plant per 11 cm pot.
