We favor exceptional beans, grown at altitude, often in micro-lots, guaranteeing total traceability and superior quality. Our method is based on slow and controlled roasting, adapted to each origin to fully reveal the aromatic richness of the coffee. From the floral and fruity notes of Ethiopian Arabicas to the chocolatey and spicy notes of Latin American coffees, each cup expresses a perfect balance between body, acidity and length in the mouth. We offer a wide range of freshly roasted coffees: in beans, ground on demand or in compatible capsules. Our roasting profiles, from blond to full-bodied, are designed to enhance the natural aromas of coffee without masking its subtleties. Thanks to Mimelis, we offer you our coffee in bulk in order to preserve all its freshness and limit our ecological impact. Committed to a responsible approach, we considerably reduce unnecessary packaging by favoring reusable and recyclable containers. For our local customers, we offer the possibility of coming to collect their coffee directly in store with their own containers, thus promoting zero waste consumption. For those who prefer delivery, we ship our freshly roasted coffee anywhere in Switzerland, in minimalist and environmentally friendly packaging. We also encourage the return and reuse of certain containers in order to promote a circular economy.
