SON HISTOIRE
C’est un Gin artisanal, produit de manière confidentielle et typiquement suisse : l’élaboration de notre Kübler Swiss Dry Gin est née il y a quelques années pour répondre à la demande d’un fidèle client en Asie.
Notre volonté de base a été de distiller un gin moderne, rond et floral, complété de légères notes épicées reflétant des variétés botaniques classiques et des baies de notre pays. Au fil de la dégustation des échantillons, il nous a semblé nécessaire de rappeler le caractère et l’origine organoleptique du produit au travers de notes de genièvre. Finalement, le Kübler Swiss Dry Gin reflète la modernité tout en conservant son caractère originel et traditionnel par des notes classiques. Au moment de l’élaboration de la recette, nous avons également relevé le défi posé par la nouvelle législation Swissness.

SA RECETTE
En plus des botaniques classiques, la fabrication du Kübler Swiss Dry Gin fait appel à une multitude de fleurs et de baies provenant de Suisse, comme l’edelweiss, la lavande, la myrtille, le sureau, la mélisse, la grande absinthe du Val-de-Travers.

SA FABRICATION
C’est dans un alambic en cuivre qu’est distillé le Kübler Swiss Dry Gin, selon la méthode traditionnelle. L’alcool est obtenu par une triple distillation de différentes céréales. L’eau utilisée est l’une des plus pure de suisse : elle apporte au distilla une finesse toute particulière.
Sa teneur alcoolique de 46% vol. a été choisie en fonction du meilleur équilibre entre arômes et alcool.

SA DÉGUSTATION
Nez : genièvre et de nombreux éléments floraux.
Bouche : baies de genièvre, baies de fruits et autres fleurs. Elles de mélangent avec de la cannelle poivrée et épicée.
Finale : longue et épicée.

SA CONSOMMATION
Comme bon vous semble : sec, avec du tonic ou encore avec de l’eau gazeuse.
