Originally it was cows and Etivaz, now Jean-Robert Henchoz and his wife Anne have turned to sheep. With their herd of more than 1000 ewes, the Henchoz family offers many artisanal products. Located in Rossinière in the Pays-d'Enhaut in Switzerland, they produce dairy products with milk that comes from their own livestock.
